As far as realism goes, this is the best product available. However, the first one I bought began to tear internally after a few weeks and believe me, the internal structure (which gives such nice tightness) is not nearly as soft as the UR3 material. I bought another one about a year later, and it also tore, but this time at the entrance. I am average in size, so it isn't like I am sticking a horse cock into it.
