I tried this product and if you were already about to pop it might be pretty good. As far as getting you ready, the tube is very small and the vacuum is non-existant. Overall, I would recommend you try something else. Mine is in the trash.

I totally agree with the other reviews. It was very very difficult to get my cock in this, especially while driving! It fell off several times. I felt NO suction. I thought it was broken or that I did something wrong. I felt no vibration either, yet this thing was quite loud! The sleeve was hard. I couldn't even come.
